About Us



Enable is an independent sponsor funded aid organization with around 450 members from 7 different countries. Enables economic base is mainly contributions from major sponsors and large donations.

Enable  also receives funds from membership fees and donations. More on membership fees and donations under Help us.

100 percent of the donations and contributions go to the children, as all costs (including travel) are covered in other ways, including through voluntary work.  Financial statements are audited by CPA Marian Fruergaard from the firm Nielsen & Christensen Statsautoriseret Revisionspartnerselskab.

St. Joseph’s Development Trust.

St. Joseph’s Development Trust is founded in 1974.  The organization has, in addition to five orphanages, developed a comprehensive and diversified development of villages with emphasis on the poorest and most needy.  The goal is to enable the villagers in a position to create their own solutions and use their resources to best effect.

St. Joseph’s Development Trust has repeatedly received awards for its efforts.

The organization is led by Brother Sebastian (FSC., MBA., MA (Rural Development), Executive Director).
